Front desk older lady needs some serious training. First she confused me with another patient and said “actually you’re appointment was at 10:30” and was about to walk away with my phone when I showed her the reminder text message, acting like she didn’t believe my appointment was at 11. Very positive experience- Dr. Kurtz was great and extraction was pain free. Staff was professional and friendly! Would recommend highly.
Dr. Lee was absolutely amazing. My 2 extractions took 15 minutes. It was quick and painless. Although nitrous (complimentary) and general anesthesia are available, I did it with just local and noise canceling headset. I am currently 1 day post procedure and do not have any inflammation or pain at all. I took 400 mg of IBU approximately 2 hours after the procedure, but did not, and have not taken any more or anything else since. Dr. Lee and his assistant Grace deserve nothing but praise! They both made me feel extremely comfortable for a nerve wrecking procedure. I had all 4 wisdom teeth out at once I’m on day two of recovery and I have had ZERO discomfort. Thank you, Dr. Lee and staff so very much! I would do it all over again if I had to.
