I am very impressed with the professional service at this clinic in general, but I really can't help but talk about the service provided by Dentist Joseph Lee. He exceeded my expectations, considering that my daughter is only 9 years old. He is really experienced in what he does. Thank you very much for your dedication. I am very happy.
I would give 5 stars to Doctor Lee but 0 to the front desk and accounting. The lazy, big-attitude young lady at the front desk charged me $340 for an X-ray that was covered by the insurance, and she lied to me, saying that she called the insurance. When I called the insurance, they said she never called. So I guess it’s way easier for them to just charge the patient and not bother doing their job. Shame that such a great skilled doctor like Dr. Lee has such crappy stuff.
Dr Lee Took me in for an emergency appointment same day. Explained procedure I needed in great detail. Very knowledgeable and professional
Dr Lee and the front desk staff were all outstanding. The post operative video was a great help as well.
