They did great at responding and with the care of all that were transported from pine street Berwick on January 4th 2024, and I want them all to know that the driver of the 97 jeep, Mary Burger has all her fingers and almost full movement in her left hand
These guys can’t get their billing right. Been going in circles with them and insurance for months now. It seems to be their way of doing business - mis code, then disappear afterwards. They sent the sent the bill to the wrong insurance first, then sent it to the right one, incorrectly coded. They keep sending bills and trying to slap on surcharges and interest. My insurance broker and insurance company can’t get these idiots to get their act together…
Greater Columbia ambulance service billing is the worst I have ever encountered. I was transported from Woodbine surgical center to Geisinger hospital as an emergency transport and my two insurances would not pay this as the billing department at Greater Columbia coded this as a non-emergency this bill was sent to collection and I had to pay over $1600 out of pocket because they refuse to re-code this transport as an emergency.
