Last month my 4 month old morkie Willow had jumped from my arms and hit the ground hard and of course it was late in the evening and I needed emergency services to get her checked out. Upon arriving at Greater Cincinnatti Veterinary Specialists we were immediately taken care of and they checked Willow from head to toe and were so wonderful with her and me as I was an emotional wreck. Thankfully she ended up being fine and was her happy puppy self the next morning. I want to thank the staff that night for taking such good car... read more

One week my dog had some blood work done at the vet for some bruising on his thighs. I got a call later in the day saying that his blood counts were really low and he needed to be taken to the ER clinic in Wilder. While there, the dr advised us to leave him for the weekend. We decided to do that but felt bad about leaving him alone. We were told we were allowed to come up and visit him as much as we wanted. Every time we visited that dog always had a happy attitude, and when it was time for us to leave he happily left our si... read more

Unbelievable heartless company. I was in a bind due to the day and time of the week to have my cat checked out. She was lethargic and not eating. The prognosis was not good based on their tests and initial research when I brought her in. Less than 12 hours later she died. She became ill so suddenly and it was overwhelmingly heartbreaking for me that she died so quickly and in pain. I took her in as soon as she died. I requested that she be cremated and ashes be returned to me. The receptionist checked me out and told me they... read more

Why is it that you guys charge $80 to buy a animal down and $25 cremation so the family wouldn't have to take the remains home, but we the family decide to take the remains a the animal, you guys go from $25 to $195 to take it home... You rather disregard the remains instead giving it to the family... That is SAD!!! If my son's ferret wasn't dying at night, I would NEVER gone there.. Instead of $25, you want $195... This place is money hungry!!!

This is the worst place in the world. THEY SUCK. They made my cat lose his leg. Only concerned about money they took there time knowing the condition of my cat was critical and had a possibility of losing a leg. Put him in a cage in the back no pain medication was given to him and they took two hours putting together quotes and bringing them in explaining what they could do and then what it would cost. We had to ask if he was even given anything for pain and she said no we put him in the back in a cage until we discuss payme... read more
