I would never do business with this company again and I wouldn't suggest them to anyone I know. October 2025 one of their couriers was negligent and ran into me as I was driving. Their employee admitted fault and a member of management assured me I would be made whole again promptly. It's July 2026 as I'm writing this and I still haven't been made whole or compensated for my injuries and loss wages. I loss my vehicle because of that crash. Very professional and easy to reach/work with. Consistent results and always open to helping with any of my cases. Definitely there to help with complications if they may arise.
Walked in (pls don’t be like me lol) and got accommodated quickly for a custom color match for a crown. The process was very quick (~5 mins). Two weeks later, my dentist got the lab case back and it was the perfect fit and color!! My family and friends couldn’t even tell which one is the crowned tooth.
I had two different dentists use this lab with the same awful results! The first dentist who use this lab never got (2 sets of) my previous bridge work, that were sent in for models back to me, as requested. Furthermore, this lab did an awful job recreating them! First set they made were so ill fitted (when the bridge that includes both upper my front teeth) when it was placed in my mouth "permanently" (expected to last the normal several years) it came out in less than two months!
