Worst customer service EVER! I dread calling them because they never answer the phone and never follow up on my requests. It's ridiculous. Health is a priority, and it feels like they just don’t care. They expect me to provide all the information, yet they seem clueless. It's frustrating. Spoke with Angelia the nurse practitioner she must have been having a bad day . She was just rude about everything I hope she learns even if something is not going your way at work you should still keep it professional! You never know what the person on the other side of the phone is going thru .
Everyone here is caring. Dr Conniff listens to you, as does his OA, T. The chiropractor Dr Dan, too. I always feel relief after Dr Dan. He is also a functional med Dr.
Excellent care from Dr. Alsakaty (Dr. Grace) and her staff. Dr. Grace is kind, understanding, and willing to answer any and all questions. I never feel rushed or that she has other patients or matters to attend to. Blessed to be under her care.
