Charged us 70 dollars to see us. Made a patient and his mother wait for 30 mintues because Dr. Batul was running late but never informed us to wait 30 MINTUES after the nurse saw us. I actually took a nap and dosed off. One staff was very dismissive and had an attitude towards my mother. We went throuugh all of this just to be told by the doctor that we actually DID NOT HAVE TO SEE HER. That she actually didnt need to see us and wasted our time and money. We drove over two hours to come see dr. Chaudry after a 2 month wait. We were asked to complete typical new patient paperwork. As we were completing this, we were rudely told by the front desk receptionist that they will need to reschedule the appointment because this paperwork needed to be completed before our arrival. Yes, the paperwork was emailed to a 65 year patient who isnt tech savvy so it was not completed. No phone call was received either prior to the appointment. I am quite disappointed with the behavior of the receptionist at the clinic. Even though I arrived on time for my appointment, I was not approached or attended to until well after my scheduled time. There was no clear communication or update provided about the delay, which made the experience frustrating and unprofessional. A simple acknowledgment or timely response from the receptionist would have made the situation much better. I hope the clinic management looks into this matter so patients can feel valued and respected.

Dr. Chaudhary is an amazing doctor... He takes his time, explains everything in great detail and is so nice! His nurse Mary is the most conscientious nurse I have ever had with any doctor. She never forgets to follow up and make sure everything is going okay with your care. I would recommend them to anyone that has any concerns with their RA.

I’ve only had two sessions with Dr. Prado so far but both sessions have been very helpful. She is knowledgeable and thorough. Dr. Prado also has a very pleasant bedside manner. I haven’t felt rushed during my appointments.
