My wife received a call to get labs in the office at the Oak Brook Terrace Office last week. An appointment was scheduled for Halloween at 0900. We received a voice mail confirmation of the appointment yesterday. We also have the confirmation of the appointment booking on the healow app. We arrived 15 minutes early. One star turned to 5 stars! My wife had been seeming Dr. Patel who we love for since Jan 2022. Right when we seem to get her medication and treatment correct, they doctor my wife sees wasn’t covered by Tricare anymore due to renewal or updating credentials. I posted a bad 1 star review. 3 hours later, Michelle and Danelle called from billing for a resolution and service recovery. They were kind, prompt, and information seemed accurate with proactive calls to Tricare to correct this discrepancy. I am confident they will corre... read more
Dr.Patel, is not just your doctor he's your freind!! He listen's and encouracges you too !! When i had a problem getting my meds he jumped rigbt on the problem and got insurance to take care of it!!! Thank you so much!!!!
Dr. Chaudhary is an excellent rheumatologist. He is experienced, thorough, kind, and a good listener. He's also got a great staff.
