I tried to have him arrested for Mayhem but the County Police are just as incompetent as this "Doctor" is... No Physical or Occupational Therapy was ordered--even upon my begging and also a Registered Nurse Case Manager from Md. W/C. I had hand preformed by Dr Whitstat my hands worse now than before surgery wouldn't take my worst enemy to see him.
