I came here to have all four of my wisdom teeth removed. All of the staff were nice, from check-in through preparation. When they were about to take me under for the procedure, there was a lady and a man that came in. She asked how I was doing, but neither of them introduced themselves. This office made an appointment for my husband and then canceled it. They said it was never confirmed but we showed them a request for confirmation was never received. They had us come all the way out there for a new appointment, we waited over an hour to go in the room while they made more excuses while we waited. My husband was literally sitting in the chair when they told him the surgery was not going to happen. Over 4 hours of our time and my husband missed a day of pay for nothing.
