I thought wow such a nice Dr. And he was, but I paid a lot of money and he left 2 root tips in my gums after specifically asking him to check for one that I knew was there. The second was from a tooth he removed. I had to get them removed from another dentist. I will be calling with my xrays and asking for a refund!

I want to first state that Ashley and Dr. Green were top tier! She made sure I had everything I needed and made me feel very very comfortable. I told her I was a bit nervous but she made it so welcoming and that was a great relief from my shoulders. I originally was at the Steele creek location but there was an accidental flood that transitioned me to Pineville location! I was referred to Dr. Marashi by my general Dentist. I was more than pleasantly surprised in may ways - the offices provided great convenience for me on different occasions and I visited two of them. The entire process from the initial detailed and thorough consult to the day of surgery was handled with efficiency and I was always informed and explained every step of the way. This is a great facility but had the feeling of a factory for me. The main Physician asked me in a sarcastic way if I was a Dr. after asking him important questions about the procedure he was ready to perform to my child. That wasn't very professional. After spending almost 5K, the office never called back to check on my child after surgery, find this also very unusual. My vet always call after my pet had a well visit.
