Going on two days now I'm trying to make an appointment. Constantly get put on hold and it's pulling teeth even talking to a real person. This place is a joke.
Dr. Gillard and his staff are kind, courteous, accommodating, and compassionate. They are always willing to work with all the challenges associated with these kinds of medical issues. I trust them completely after 4 lithotripsy’s, 2 ureteroscopy’s, and one pcnl. Dr. Gillard is a rockstar! Highly recommended.
From the time I walked into greater Boston Urology I was taking care of. One of the receptionist called me in asked me some questions and I waited a few minutes before I saw the doctor. I met with Dr Silva and found him to be polite and gave me information that I needed to put me at ease. I found the way they do business and take care of people was courteous and efficient.
