Simply terrible! My father has had nothing but mishaps all stemming from this pharmacy's incompetence. All of the problems began this year. Apparently there is a new owner and a new system and all of their reliability has gone to he!!. We have had several medications that have been sent in and just sat there unprocessed when needed. Rather than reaching out to me, the Health Care Proxy and DPOA, the prescription just sat there with no action being taken. These folks are AMAZING! I've been using them for the past six months for my father. Whenever I call, I get friendly, professional and quick service. Their policies do differ from a box store. It might be best to educate yourself prior to setting up an account, so that you are not disappointed when things don't work like the box stores. For example, my dad needed a prescription filled on a Sunday evening. They are closed at that time.
