I called to make an appointment and had to wait 15 minutes just for them to say “hold on” transferred me to another person and putting me back on the waiting list . They are playing with peoples time on the phone .
No one seems to care here. The process is so tedious from trying to schedule an appointment to letting your provider know they didn't enter a prescription that they said they would. I even feel this review is pointless. But this is all we have I guess.
I've been coming here for years now, and I have always had a great experience from customer service to pediatrician always good.
