Dr. Freda Ansah-Larbi is a phenomenal Pediatrician. 4 out of my 9 grandchildren are seen by Dr. Larbi, starting 2017 to present, and we are so grateful to have found her. The doctors here are amazing and it's unfortunate that some of their medical assistants lack professionalism, making people leave 1 star - I wish I could leave 1/2 a star. I asked for a callback and initially missed the call, so they tried leaving a voicemail. iPhones allow you to answer the phone during the voicemail, which I did. The person leaving the message heard me saying hello, paused, and then hung up. I figured maybe she didn't hear me so I placed myself on the waitlist AGAIN for a callback.
