I never imagined I’d have to write a review like this, but my experience with Greater Austin Moving & Storage was so unprofessional, unkind, and downright disrespectful that I feel obligated to warn others. In June, I hired Greater Austin Moving & Storage to move me out of my house and store my belongings in their storage facility. After receiving the initial quote, I even went the extra step of doing a personal walk-through with their team to make sure the estimate would be accurate and that there wouldn’t be any surprises.... read more
