I am an Austin Realtor and just represented the buyers on their purchase of a Greater Austin Builders new build in 78704. The experience was outstanding, from contract negotiation, through inspections, blue-tape walkthroughs -- all the way to closing. Not only is their product absolutely gorgeous, but Chester, Macon and Keith are good peeps, who are responsive and keep their word. It was a GREAT experience. I hope to work with them again!

We just purchased our first home from Greater Austin Builders and couldn't be happier. Chester and his team were very responsive and professional during the purchasing experience and the quality of the craftsmanship in the home is truly impressive.
