Great customer service from all folks involved. They made my teenage grandson comfortable about the processes!
My daughter's and I all go to Greater Austin Allergy. They are so kind, professional, and patient with us. Allergy testing is no fun for anyone! Kristin NP is absolutely phenomenal and I couldn't give her a high enough recommendation in this review. You will have to go and see for yourself. She will always be our go to for anything allergy related. We love her and her team!! Thank you so very much from the bottom of our hearts for your professionalism, patience, and kindness!!
Dr. Cox, Kristin Foley NP, and Heather Gailey are absolutely the best! I see Kristin and Heather at the Thorndale location, and they have made my experience there wonderful. I’ve been receiving allergy shots for the past several months, and they have made the entire process comfortable and stress-free. Let’s be honest—no one enjoys getting shots—but Heather does such a great job that I never worry about it. 10/10. Kristin is hands down the best NP I have ever met. Her dedication to her job doesn’t go unnoticed. All of her MA’s and receptionist go above and beyond. I’ve been with her over 4 years now and nobody has taken care of me the way she has. Every employee i’ve ever met through G&A including the DR’s, NP’s, & PA’s have always gone above and beyond for their patients.
Kristin Foley , NP was very attentitive and personable! She listened to my issues and provided a much needed treatment plan! Go see Kristin at GAAI for your allergy needs!
