I’m so grateful that Dr. Cox has an office in Bastrop. He’s a wonderful doctor and everyone on the staff is friendly and helpful. Here’s a shout out to Coral, Shannon, Ashley, and Chris. Ya’ll make getting allergy shots a pleasant experience, even when I’m getting poked with needles. :) Adding on a 2nd remark…Coral may be the best allergy shot giver ever. I don’t even know she’s given me a shot sometimes! :)

I got allergy testing on my initial visit- though I had had xyzal 4 days prior. I was not notified I would have allergy testing on my initial visit. It was negative due to the antihistamines. So they did a blood test. Over a month ago. Still no contact from them about allergy shots for my awful allergies. Nor have they returned my numerous calls.

This place absolutely sucked. My dr. referred me to this place for an allergy shot because I was suffering with allergies. I showed up figuring they would have the info on the allergy shot my dr had on her end. But instead they did a skin test that they couldn’t even finish cause I have to go a week without my allergy medication, so I ended up leaving and still suffering with my allergies. Will definetly not be using this place again
