Let me first start off by saying I am completely new to the area . I just recently relocated up here and I was trying to find the most closest obgyn near me and this was so convenient because it wasn’t even a mile away from my new home . Dr. McDonald has had a nasty arrogant attitude ever since I started coming there . The only person who made my visit a breeze and less stressful was Ms. Tammy . They don’t deserve a one star they deserve a zero it’s been a month since I’ve been calling Ana every-time I call it’s a different excuse or nobody answer…. They’re very unprofessional I’m looking into another place to go.
Worst office I been to. Sad when it be our kind to treat us badly. So called Doctor Velvet L McDonald and her Receptionist has rude customer service. I went up to office three different days for an appointment just to be told can not be seen. Wasted gas, time and need to be seen. 5 months pregnant with not being seen cause they keep changing appts or making an excuse. They keep trying to find ways not to see new patients. Never have I ever experienced this type of negative environment at an obgyn. All this stress is not good... read more
