I have been a patient of this practice since I was prepubescent—literally growing up under their care into adulthood. That history is exactly why this review is so disappointing to have to write. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been the complete opposite of the care and professionalism I once associated with this office. Dr. Dorothy White-Williams is the best and I have been going for about 15yrs. The nurses and staff are great and the one time I saw Dr. Lewis she was great as well.
Every visit puts a smile on my face. The staff is very kind and considerate of my needs, practices excellent customer service, and responds in a timely manner! Not to mention the ease of scheduling appointments. I would highly recommend this practice to any individual or family in need of care for all ages. I literally feel like family!
This office has been treating me and my kids for several years. We love coming to see our Doctor (DrJoyce Lewis) she takes care of us. Her staff is wonderful always friendly and answer all questions office is always nice. Thank you so much Greater Atlanta Family Healthcare office
