THEY TRY TO BAN YOU FROM THEIR AUCTION IF YOU INSIST ON GETTING HELP OR ASK THEM TO REACH OUT TO A SELLER. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND ALSO, THEY WILL LIE ABOUT CONDITION REPORTS AND WON'T ARBITRATE FOR DAMAGES NOT REPORTED ON THE CR.
