As a 100% service disabled veteran I do not recommend Direction Home. I have in writing from Summit County that the information I was provided by Hannah Gialluca (Care Management Supervisor) was “patently false and the reason that the state of Ohio is no longer working with Direction Home.” I was mistreated by Direction Home.
I just got off the phone with a rep by the name of Danielle and she was just the most helpful, professional, patient and nicest person I have spoken to in a while. She was able to answer every question I had and she understood all my concerns and addressed every one with clear detail. After everything was said and done, she was able to comprise a very comprehensive list of local entities that could help our family that is currently in a rough spot.
