I just got off the phone with a rep by the name of Danielle and she was just the most helpful, professional, patient and nicest person I have spoken to in a while. She was able to answer every question I had and she understood all my concerns and addressed every one with clear detail. The first thing this lady did was pull up in front of my house and sat for a few minutes as if to be surveying what’s outside the house. Then she got out of her car and the first thing she’s focused on and asks as she’s walking toward the house is how do YALL like that Honda HR-V. Mind you there wasn’t a single other person around when she asked that question. Then her demeanor was not pleasant during the assessment.
