My dad’s case manager Rebecca Angel has been nothing but absolutely PHENOMENAL. She’s made it possible for my dad to get all the care he needs from home delivered meals, his inconvenience care, physical therapy to getting his ensure delivered. If you need help, she’s on it immediately and makes sure she gives all the answers. She has been such a wonderful addition to my dad’s care/becoming apart of our family.
