The communication was excellent, the grading process was smooth, and I received my settlement check promptly. Ben is a highly proficient, precious bullion specialist. He is an honest, sincere, and moral man. He typically gives the customer great advice on whether or not, he wholeheartedly thinks is a good idea to place any of the customer's coins at auction. I have been using Great Collections for the past five years to sell my coins. They are one of the best auction houses in the coin collecting business! They offer the lowest selling commissions in the industry and provide the quickest payment possible! I normally received my final payments within 10 to 14 calendars after the completion of the auction! The reason why "Waiting All Day For Sunday Night!" has a different meaning to coin collectors/dealers across the planet. My Invoice was ready when I was finished bidding last Sunday night, I paid, Monday was a Federal holiday, and from clear across the country my lot was in my mailbox at 8:21am Thursday. Mind-boggling but unsurprisingly on par with their Customer Service.
