What a terrible company. Any company where the foreman do nothing isn't a good business model. They don't follow blueprints and it was wonderful to watch the guy with 15 years experience, Not construction experience by the way. I think teach. ahaha. Anyways just ignore everything company makes you sign. The owners will break every rule they can and do things illegally..
