For a family with small kids, the indoor park would be fine (if half of it wasn’t shut down). If you have older kids, they run out of things to do quickly. It’s small. Check-in was a little challenging. DO NOT use a virtual card number when you book. They require the same card you used to book to check in. You can’t do that with a virtual card. They had to refund that card and recharge the stay on a physical card.
I think I like this location better than the Gurnee one. Right next to the outlet mall is nice and the rooftop spot. The customer service is great and don't forget to tip the hard working housekeeping . Plenty of activities and tons of fun. It's been fun to play with my kids here as they age
