Check in was weird as the self check in didn't work so went to a lady and she had a bit trouble locating my reservation but it all got straightened out ,rooms are clean , swimming area was mid , location is great because you are by everything
We booked this stay last minute, and while check-in went smoothly and the staff member was very nice and professional, that’s about where the positives ended. The total cost was $450 for one night, which is extremely overpriced for what you actually get. Our room setup was awkward, the bed wasn’t centered properly, and the TV and stand were off to one side. The bathroom had only a bottle of lotion and shampoo slapped to the wall, no body wash or other toiletries you’d expect at any decent hotel (even budget motels do better)... read more
