We recently had solar panels and batteries installed by Great White Solar, and we couldn't be happier with the whole experience. From our very first enquiry, through the onsite quote, to the final installation, every member of the team was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. One week before my battery installation I was called and my installation cancelled. They told me they had substantially under quoted (I was due to pay $19000 approx) and thus were cancelling. Very unprofessional. So disappointed.
My experience with Great white solar quoting and installing my batteries and extra panels is second to none. From start to finish every one of the tradespersons, office staff snd Salesperson were informative, not pushy, allowed me time to think about the options available to allow me to make an informed decision that i had little knowledge about previously. Extremely happy with system installed and have not used power from the grid even on cloudy days. Very very happy.
Was really impressed with the team andservice at Great White Solar. They were very responsive to request for quote and informative in their pitch and options for rebate. The installation experience was quick, smooth and hassle free, the panels and bemattery neatly aligned and time taken to show us through the process after instal. We are very excited to be using solar in our home!
