Honestly I find going to the dentist one of the most mentally and emotionally challenging moments in life. I filled out the form, I cried and when Mark called me tears were running down my face and I couldn’t speak. The bedside manner of Mark was exceptional. Mel his assistant beautiful. I was made to feel comfortable, as relaxed as I could possibly be whilst my insides were terrified. Dr Mark is super kind, gentle and genuine. He so clearly cares about the wellbeing of his patients in and out of the chair! He’s very informative about the work that needs to be done, and doesn’t leave you in the dark or worried at all!
Couldn't have asked for a better practice to go to for my dental needs. The team go that extra mile to ensure you are comfortable and looked after. Dr Mark was absolutely amazing. He took the time to explain everything in detail to make sure you understand what is being done. Will definitely be going back if needed. Thank you guys!!!
Dr Mark is a true professional from start to finish. He explained everything thing in depth, went trough my Xrays and photos with me so I knew exactly what was happening. His work is excellent and he is an artist with details. His staff are always friendly and helpful as well. I can’t recommend him enough.
