A different company came out here and couldn't find the issue. Basically tried to put a bandaid on a big issue. So That's when GREAT WHITE MECHANICAL was called in. Let me tell you the issue was diagnosed in about 5 minutes !! Gauge and Manny did an excellent job !!! Explaining what they were doing and clean the unit. Very professional and of course it had to be a downpour thunderstorm outside. They asked for a towel to clean up the floors from walking in and outside. I told them don't worry about it I have to mop anyways. ... read more
Amazingly helpful and reasonable. Had a separate issue with rodent activity around the unit and Dave personally is taking care of mitigating the areas of entry...that is over and above service!!
We had them twice: one repair that cost hardly anything in one home and one brand new whole home system in another house. 5 stars each time out! when you have Airbnbs or you yourself is dying of heat - its best to have honest ones!
