Great, friendly service! Very accommodating for my schedule as I had to get an injection pump removed, take it for rebuild, and get it reinstalled in order to take the boat out for the summer cruise. They also fixed a fuel tank issue while the pump was in for rebuild. Good communication throughout the entire process, and when I had some post-install issues, in a remote area, Drew got back to me right away until I was able to work through it with him and the injection shop.

We recently had the engine and lower unit oil changed on our Yamaha F200 outboards. Despite noting that the telltale was dry, the technician continued to run the engine until the overheat alarm sounded. This job is typically about 2.5 hours if you drain it all at once and fill them all together. We were billed 4.5 hours. While I can’t prove the telltale issue was caused by GWM, I do know that the engines ran for 1.5 hours to reach the marine for haul-out, without any problems. Exceptional service. Knowledgeable staff inspected our boat with Cummins QSB6 and presented detailed estimate with priorities. We agreed on work plan for servicing of after-cooler, other coolers, trans alignment, generator service and valve set and other minors. Excellent discussion of maintenance alternatives. Work was completed as scheduled. Highly recommended.
