The carpet is wet days after the supposed cleaning. The amount of water used brought up dirt from the padding, wicking. I have spots that were never there. All I got is excuses, not a professional cleaning. I regret not paying with a credit card , we would have a path to resolve the terrible job. Shop around for a professional carpet cleaner. I wish that I could post photos. Shame on them for owner operation
