My trip was cancelled due to weather. That's totally fine - I'd rather be safe! And I'm sure for those who got to go on their trip, it was a great experience. Qualifications aside: the process to get a refund after a cancelled trip is HORRIBLE. I really wish I'd just not booked the trip at all. (Given how it turned out, I basically loaned them of a bunch of money and in return had a bunch of months of paperwork to do.) I have been fighting for a refund for a year. My trip was cancelled due to weather and 0 dollars was refunded to this date.

I have no idea how this company exists. They cancelled our trip due to poor weather (fair enough), but since that point, they have not returned a single email or phone call, so I could claim the insurance that was supposedly supplied by them. I would stay far away from this company. Wish I had read the reviews prior to booking. Also: 8 months later... No refund. No communication
