The windows are an improvement over our old ones, Not happy with installation as some of the brick around windows was loosen, one large window has water spots between panes, and one will not stay up. Very hard to contact but have talked to them twice and they have failed to correct. Always felt that one should do business locally but in this case should have checked elsewhere.
Be sure the job is done before you pay them! They've ripped my mother-in-law off and are proud of it. They started the job in Aug 13 and never completed it. There's something to say about a company that will take advantage of a 75 yr old woman but I won't repeat it here. BB
This company did not keep its word. I would not use them again. IF you decide to do business with them, read the contract and be prepared to need an attorney,
