new ownership sucks... we rented from them previously, under old ownership, and they were great, took our debit card....were super friendly too.... new one won't take debit card, because people use debit them clean their account out, so they think they won't get paid... but you know, new owner, you get an approval code even with debit, so are guaranteed the payment.... we don't use credit cards...don't want to use credit cards... they won't take cash....therefore, they won't get my business or referrals any longer.... new ow... read more

I was very disappointed in the service we received after renting a 15 passenger van for a church youth trip this July. We used the van to go to Minneapolis for a week. The van worked well on the way up, and the one other time we used it during the week, but on the return trip home, things changed. The AC went out after making some high-pitched sounds (probably a bearing went out on the compressor). On an extremely warm day, middle of the afternoon, we perspired all the way home (4 1/2 hours).
