Beyond disappointed with my experience. The reason I chose Goodyear was because my dad has worked for the company for over 20 years and is friend's with the owner of the shops in town. It's always a great brand of tire but the service did not meet expectations. I ordered tires through the website to be installed on my 31 foot RV at the Dyess shop. I received a call a week ago that my tires were in and that I could come in anytime. I called Friday to see how long it would take and decided that it would be best for me to come ... read more
