This is a review for Scott city GW.... I’ve been there before and the service was great. This time someone new was at the front desk. My left rear brake went out and they replaced it for free since it happened it about a year and I’m thankful for that however the customer service was really poor. They never called me to let me know my vehicle was finished, the man helping me was always pretty rude, and they just left the keys in the vehicle when it was done and left it sitting across the street. I will not be going back.
RecommendedWe had a flat on a back road with kids and dogs on a roadtrip. I can't say enough how much I appreciate these guys for being so kind and getting us back on the road! Need tires in Oakley, this is your place!
