I sent a parts list email before the business opened. I called once they opened and was told by the guy who answered that the inventory was already being pulled. I ended up going with a brand new pump due to age and condition. Less than 4 hours later, the pump was on its way to Alaska before the payment was done being processed. The marine pump I wanted had an odd configuration and while these folks did not have two in stock - they found someone who did! Above and beyond. Totally recommend them.

NEEDED A SUMP PUMP FOR MY BASEMENT, GREAT WESTERN PUMP HAD MANY OPTIONS AND WAS VERY NICE IN EXPLAINING THE DIFFERENCES. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
