I recently booked a stay at Powderhorn unit A205 in Breckenridge, Colorado, through Great Western Lodging from February 1st to February 4th. for a guys trip with 5 individuals. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. First and foremost, the unit was misrepresented on their website. Poor customer service from property management office. Individual was rude to my wife since we decided not to rent here. Rigid rules and came across as in difficult financial situation. Don’t expect customer friendly service.
