I’ve been very impressed with the quality of work from Great Western. They built my pool and did my landscaping. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been top notch and very professional. Great attention to detail from the beginning design process to the finish.

This company also provides pool service as Cool Water Pools. During my time as a customer I had to complain multiple times about my pool service. I had a green pool for 3 weeks in 2017. Finally I decided to watch as service was being provided and no chemicals were being added, the chlorine tabs were not replenished, etc. This year (2018) I noticed that the cap for my floating chlorine tablet had come off and was in the bottom of the pool.
