Just purchased a Kia Sportage and the service was amazing everyone is so friendly and fully supported me through the entire sales process especially since this is my first car I purchased brand new highly recommended them if you are looking for a new car.

I called today in regards of getting my car serviced and the lady who answered was extremely rude and unhelpful. The tone in her voice was so aggressive I genuinely felt sick and upset. We honestly weren’t planning on buying a Kia Sportage. We just happened to stop at the dealership on our way to Honda, and from the moment we saw the car, we fell in love with it. Kia servicing is an absolute joke. I booked my Picanto in for its 30,000km/24-month service through the Kia Kingswood online booking system, which quoted a fixed price of $461. The car has only travelled 13,500km. Dropping the car off was straightforward, but I was then told the service would actually cost $506.
