I went to urgent care for breathing problems after going to pharmacy and a respiratory nurse. They gave me a ECG and I then had to wait 3.5 hours for the results just to be told to go home and they can’t do anything for me. I asked for a blood test so I can figure out why I am feeling what I am feeling the doctor then told me no as the blood nurse has gone home and she won’t send me to A&E. If they saw me anytime between that 3.5 hours they could of done my bloods!! So sent me home breathless and feeling like I am going to p... read more
Came in and they act all nice to keep you calm and thinking positive but in reality no one cares it’s just a job at the end of the day. If you even mention any symptoms of anxiety or things similar your arnt treated or tested at all for anything else they just assume you are over reacting and you are just expected to sit and wait untill someone can be bothered to see you my best advice would be to seek help anywhere else if possible or if you absolutely have to come into this specific hospital make sure u make ur condition s... read more
I had my blood taken by Hannah, and she was absolutely amazing! I have a small fear of needles, especially since I needed to have 12 samples taken, but she was so kind, calm, and reassuring. She talked to me throughout the process, made me feel relaxed, and managed to take the blood without me feeling any pain at all. She’s a 10/10 nurse incredibly empathetic and professional. Such a wonderful experience – thank you, Hannah!
