I had an excellent experience with Alex at Honda. From the very beginning, he was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to clearly explain everything, answered all my questions with patience, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was his honesty and attention to detail. He made sure I felt confident and comfortable with my decision, without any pressure. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about customer satisfaction the way Alex does.
Absolutley amazing service. I needed to buy a car for my mum whilst I am living in the UK. Was a scary task but Alex made the entire process so simple, straight forward and gave me very honest advice. Will definetily be buying my car from there when I return. Car broke down less than a month after a complete service and were not helpful. During the day of Service, I left the car at 8am, and they did not get to work on it until 3:30pm in the afternoon after I had called to check on it, they had it “ready” by 4pm. Cant imagine what they did in that time other than clean the car (or lack thereof) which they say is free of charge.
