Very disappointed with the after-sales service and quality of my vehicle. As soon as I paid for my car, communication regarding when it would arrive became very limited, with little to no updates provided. Since receiving the vehicle, I have experienced ongoing issues ranging from mechanical concerns to paintwork problems. The staff at Great Western Honda, Jim and Alex, have been fantastic help when we looked at CR-V and HR-V today. They couldn't have been any more helpful, listening carefully to our needs. On the strength of their presentation we have signed up for 2 new cars. A great experience!
