Great Western Home Loans engaged the services of James David Duggan Jr. of James and James Appraisers LLP, to appraise the value our house prior to sale. Mr. Duggan arrived at least 40 minutes late for the appointment he set, rushed through the inspection, submitted a report full of factual errors about the house, and chose comps that did not match the criteria.
