Program makes no difference. If you are thinking of doing this program. DONT. You mess up your credit and at the end of it all you pay the SAME amount of money that you owed,if not MORE. They may get the accounts settled but they charge you more for services, equalling to the same amount you started with. There is absolutely NO POINT to this program.
