Been a customer for over ten years, haven't had many problems with them until recently. Changed their checking policies without informing. I was rendered five $33.00 in fees in a single day, I can understand one but five totaling $165.00 is ridiculous. I don't understand why any of my small purchases weren't just declined instead a $6.00 was suddenly $39.00 because of the fees rendered. Great drive through tellers! I like that you have to provide your I.D. no matter what you're there to do. Makes my money feel safe!
The tellers are very rude and don't ask for ids
Good bank. Always seems to be well stocked with money.
Use the drive though faster than finding parking and waiting in line inside.
Don't come at lunch, only 2 tellers working and they're slooooooooow...
