I have tried to get in touch with Great Western Bank several times they say I owe them two bank accounts which is true but nobody wants to answer the phone or even collect the money when I am trying to pay it and they don't want to get it off my credit report when I have sent money numerous times with money orders they showed that I have paid my account and it's still on my credit report
We had banked with Tier one for many years before they got taken over by great western...for all the years we've been with great western we've never been happy with them and thought many times of changing...we received an overdraft fee back in April because of an error with a company taking funds out on a different date and just yesterday the same thing happened with Lincoln water taking the funds out yesterday instead of today because there is 31 days in October so we just got another overdraft fee and since it's within a y... read more
when you go to a bank to cash a check that is drawn on that particular bank and they charge you to cash their own check that's about as ridiculous as it gets shame on you Great Western Bank for such terrible customer service.
Just tried to use the ATM at So. 27th location, then went to So. 56th location. Was told to leave card in ATM while doing the transaction, well guess what folks it won't do anything unless you remove your card. The one on 56th at least said you had to leave the card in. Of course it didn't work either way so what are you to do. They have a lot of my money and i can't take any out because of their worthless ATM's.
Wow, written a check from their bank, charged 5.00 to cash the check they issued, seems pretty greedy, wouldn’t recommend to anyone, ever
I sold a ATV to a depositor at Great Western Bank who I took a check from written on his Great Western checking account. I proceeded to go to a Great Western Bank to cash there depositors check. I'm not a Great Western Bank customer so they told me they were charging me $7.50 to cash there depositors check. What a rip off. As long as one of the parties involved is a bank customer why the charge. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GREAT WESTERN BANK.
