Worst bank ever. No saturday hours. Their ATM's are always broke or down for service. Limited locations. Very inconvenient.
I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from Craig, who was not only unhelpful but also unprofessional when I tried to access my bank account. Despite providing all the necessary information, Craig gave me a hard time and seemed more focused on creating obstacles than offering assistance.
