Horrible service, Scam artists , BE AWARE!!!!
SCAM ALERT !!!! GOT MY POOL INSTALLED BY THEM LAST YEAR AND STILL NOT RESPECTING WARRANTY !!!
Bought spa pool for my grandmother last april, called and tried to speak with the costumer service representative, she was very rude, explained that they cannot recognize my number ? i had issues with my hot tub for a year now and they cannot recognize my number??? they lied to my 85 year old grandmother !!!!
I had a leak in my pool and there was no one in sight who would help. I was referred to Ken and he tried to help me solve it myself. He must have dropped by 8 different times on his way home after a full day to try to get me the least expensive option. Just when I thought i was going to need to fill my pool in, Ken figured out it was coming from somewhere under my pool shed (I had previous visions of having to tear up the pool deck).
