I had been using this company for over five years, and for most of that time I was happy with their service. Unfortunately, that changed this year. Since the beginning of the year, my monthly bills have nearly doubled on three separate occasions. What concerns me even more is that more and more additional charges kept appearing without any clear explanation. Ken and his team have been providing us full service for our pool and hot tub for the past 15+ years. Ken replaced our liner 6 yrs ago, balances our chemicals as part of spring opening and winterizes the heater at fall close up. He is knowledgeable and provides a professional level of service. We are located in Maple Ridge distant from his shop has never impacted his level of service in a timely way.

Whoever is the phone answering the phone (lady) should be let go. Asked a few times for a past inquiry never got a call back after numerous attempts I just gave up and went to another business. This was back 4 months ago.
