Ken and his team have been providing us full service for our pool and hot tub for the past 15+ years. Ken replaced our liner 6 yrs ago, balances our chemicals as part of spring opening and winterizes the heater at fall close up. He is knowledgeable and provides a professional level of service. We are located in Maple Ridge distant from his shop has never impacted his level of service in a timely way.
The BEST! Great West has been looking after our pool needs for 40 years and they have always been incredibly helpful. Ken is a master technician - knowledgeable, experienced, and accommodating. Jim

Whoever is the phone answering the phone (lady) should be let go. Asked a few times for a past inquiry never got a call back after numerous attempts I just gave up and went to another business. This was back 4 months ago.
