It was my first time coming here today and I have to say I was very unimpressed. The staff member was not friendly or welcoming. They didn’t offer me a tour and just pointed to where the gym was. A lot of the equipment needs maintenance and the gym wasn’t very clean. I won’t be returning.

I figured I would join this gym because it’s close to my home and it had decent equipment. But unfortunately management is terrible. They don’t know how to run a gym and there’s lots of equipment that need to be repaired but are not being done so even tho they are charging customers an upkeep fee for the gym. When I signed up, it was after the yearly upkeep fee was supposed to be collected and I made sure of it before I signed up but i ended up getting charged for it regardless. In the 3 years my husband and I have been going there it seems the AC has worked maybe a whole 4 months. It’s impossible to work out when it’s hotter than outside upstairs. They changed the upstairs BACK to ladies only, which I loved until all the boys ripped all the notice posters down and continue to use it anyways. The staff does not implement that rule so guys, feel free to work upstairs in the 35 degree heat. Machines are old and broken.
