This company should really be embarrassed by the lack of accountability and professionalism of their staff. I recently rolled my 401K into IRA accounts and it was a complete nightmare. The financial advisor lacked basic knowledge of how that transaction would occur and could not even explain how the process would work. I wish I could give negative stars! I have way too many complaints to write about my experience with Empoer. Plus, I don’t want to give myself PTSD by repeating all the incidents. Therefore, one can synthesize all the other negative reviews and I willingly agree with every one of them. Do yourself a huge favor and try to avoid this institution completely.
