I regret not reading the reviews before getting my policy. For almost 3 years I payed, they took my money and the day I need something I called, no one could answer my question, was told I had to file a claim to forward it to an adjuster. I filed my claim get an adjuster and can't get him to call me or answer the phone, after a few days of me hounding him, calling repeatedly he finally answered. @GreatWestCC I am extremely disappointed with the way Great West handled my policy and billing issue. On 9/24/2025, the company made an unauthorized ACH withdrawal of over $9,400 from my checking account for my annual premium. I immediately contacted my agent, Natasha Ammons, and sent her a screenshot of the email I received. She told me this was not supposed to happen and advised me to stop payment with my bank, which my bank confirmed was not possible. They treat you very rudely, and they do not respond to emails. The agent who invited me used to call me every few days, but after I subscribed, he never answered any of my calls—only replying later with a short message. They also raised the price directly after just a few weeks without any reason or change in the policy. I do not recommend dealing with them at all unless you are forced to.

After reading the reviews I feel better im insured by them for no reason it feels like. Dealing with alot and not being covered

Paid $5k to start new coverage and $2k for the first month payment. They took $1300 to apply to an old policy that ended due to non payment and cancelled my new policy. When I signed up they told me I didn’t owe anything else. They LIED to get the $5k down payment and the $2k first month payment. I paid $7k for 1 month of insurance and nobody here cares. They are HUGE liars and very expensive. I have no claims on my record and bill was still $2k a month. STAY AWAY TRUCKERS
