This place sucks. Been on hold for 4+ hours today to make a simple change to my policy (removing a vehicle that I sold). Ive sent multiple emails as well in hopes to get a response while on hold. I have still yet to speak to someone. Absolutely ridiculous.
You know you here that voice mail at Great west when you call 1-800- 228-8602. You wont get a voice mail , you'll get a live person. Well I've heard that voice mail now about 20 times while still waiting. I've emailed several times, called several times and still no response. I'm attempting to add another vehicle to my policy but I can't get a hold of anyone. I tried early morning, mid morning, afternoon, and now evening. No contact made

Never answer on time, what should be done in a timely manner they take ages to complete, book a load with a broker and had to weight freaking 5 hours for a COI. Worst insurance company ever,
Been waiting 3 weeks for a workers comp claim to clear.
