Very good customer service! Quick to get an answer and very competent agents assisting.
Just wanted to thank this company for the wonderful gift bags we recieved for truckers appreciation week. Stopped at a weigh station off of I 29 in iowa and recieved a great surprise. It's nice to know after dealing with rude inconsiderate shippers and those on the highway that give us no room all day that someone does actually care. Thank you
Had a person hit my truck while it was parked the claims department was right on top of things absolutely great to work with and easy. Sent pictures and a few phone calls and it's all taken care of. Everything went south when this lady Tracy got involved and I don't even know exactly what her issues are or what her job is but very demanding and rude. Because of her I withdraw my claim and I'm going after the others insurance direct. It kinda defeats the purpose of having insurance if you can't use them when you need them. (U... read more
I could go on and on about how this is probably the last resort type of insurance. Avoid them, very unprofessional, extremely high quotes I'm surprised they haven't gone into recievership and lost ratings yet. They will soon if they keep up these practices.
