Don’t bother calling this company, been a customer for quite a few years and whenever I call the service center I’m on hold for more than an hour before I ever get a human to answer.
This is a terrible company! Will not answer calls or e-mails, if they DO answer, it's to "request more info". They have received all info from medical and employer SEVERAL TIMES! Hubby out with broken vertebrae from accident going on 6 weeks ago and still NO COMPENSATION for worker's comp to cover pay or medical. Wouldn't even have back brace if employer hadn't paid for it!
