I recently called this shop to ask if they could do an oil change on my car. I mentioned that I already have my own oil and filter and was simply looking to pay for the labor to have it installed. The response I received was disappointing. The staff member said they do not prefer customers bringing their own oil and compared it to “bringing your own food to a restaurant and eating for free.” I found that comparison inappropriate because I clearly stated I was willing to pay for the labor service. These folks saved my bacon! 5+ Stars! Had a calibre seize on my Honda. I was leaving town in 3 days. The team squeezed me in. Completed the repair and fixed only what was required.
